Description

• The Senior Program Manager is responsible for supporting programs across departments at Torc to ensure successful delivery of program objectives. • This role is responsible for developing & leading cross-functional program management mechanisms that drive product development activities across the enterprise. • Mechanisms this role will lead include change control board (CCB), risk review board (RRB), integrated schedule mechanism, and other product development alignment mechanisms. • Requires frequent engagement with stakeholders in various departments to align on the work and resolve or drive resolution of issues and risks. • Requires a high degree of stakeholder engagement across all disciplines and levels of the organization. • Requires high judgement, capable of making independent decisions with little direction. • Should be a self-starter, curious, creative, solution-oriented, unafraid of ambiguity and able to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization to solve problems and drive clarity.

Requirements

• Minimum of BS plus 6 or more years' experience leading programs, MS degree plus 3+ years of experience, or a PHD 1+ years of experience. • 5 or more years program management experience; 3 years' experience as program manager in an autonomous systems organization preferred
