β€’ Identify new OPE dealership representation within assigned areas β€’ Develop a list of future OPE dealership opportunities, and build a relationship with them β€’ Guide new dealers through the initial sales process, teaching them why and how to sell Ventrac, maximizing their start with the product line β€’ Lead dealers through the initial order process, and what product they should need to be most successful with Ventrac β€’ Train new dealers in the network tools that they will need to utilize to be successful upon launch β€’ Developing strategies/plans of actions for Ventrac products to be sold within each dealership β€’ Occasionally attend and supporting dealerships activities such as tradeshows, open-houses etc. β€’ Be field expert in territory regarding marketing and product needs, yearly sales programs, dealer development programs, overall sales strategy and other areas that can improve Venture Products Inc.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree minimally required β€’ 5+ years sales/marketing experience in the turf or dealership market β€’ Proven success in identifying and onboarding high-potential OPE dealerships β€’ Demonstrated ability to quickly develop strong customer relationship β€’ Must have mechanical aptitude β€’ Overall travel is expected to be approximately 50% annually; travel will require overnights and some weekends away from home β€’ Must be willing and capable to trailer, load, unload and demonstrate equipment β€’ Strong interpersonal skills – professional, courteous, friendly and helpful β€’ Excellent grammar, voice and diction abilities β€’ Superb ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical and operational information effectively β€’ Self-motivated with excellent time management skills β€’ Successfully demonstrated - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication β€’ Must be able to obtain a Medical Examiners Certification β€’ Must be able to be insured by VPI’s auto insurance carrier β€’ Preferred Qualifications: Excellent computer and keyboarding skills - Word, Excel, Internet β€’ Strong process and organizational skills β€’ Excellent presentation skills with internal and external customers
