Description
• Traackr is a global SaaS technology company providing a data-driven influencer marketing platform. • The Senior Data Analyst will support Traackr's growth by optimizing influencer programs. • Responsibilities include translating measurement requirements into deliverables and analyzing data.
Requirements
• 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field. • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights from complex datasets. • Experience with applied statistics including regression analysis, segmentation, ANOVA, and cluster analysis. • Proficiency in creating pivot tables and running regression models to analyze data trends. • Experience with R or Python for statistical programming and data manipulation. • Advanced expertise in data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, or R/Python to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders. • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Shell, R, and SQL. • Experience running scripts/programs from the Linux/Unix/OSX command line (terminal). • Experience with text analysis and building word clouds to extract insights from unstructured data. • Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and meet deadlines. • Leadership skills with the capability to coach a team of junior analysts. • An understanding of digital and social media marketing, including measurement needs and goals for global enterprise brands. • A business-driven mindset aimed at solving real business issues and driving results. • Ability to interact meaningfully with brand clients, fostering strong relationships. • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively. • Experience working in an international environment across multiple time zones. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively. • An advanced degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in quantitative analysis.
