Description

• The Global Field Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and generating revenue through field marketing initiatives. • This position will support over 30 global events annually and is responsible for managing event logistics, creating email campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Key responsibilities include supporting creative event campaigns, managing event communications, and logistical event execution across various regions. • The Global Field Marketing Specialist will also ensure efficient routing and follow-up of marketing leads to boost conversion rates and overall engagement, utilizing global market insights to address region-specific needs. • Assist with planning, developing, executing and tracking field and event marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. • Develop and execute pre-and-post event tactics across multi-channels that drive onsite conversations and generate qualified leads. • Manage and route leads from events, working closely with marketing and sales team members to execute ABM style follow-up where possible. • Manage promotional campaign for TraceGains marquee virtual event. • Oversee global event logistics, including managing sponsorship deadlines, booth management, staff registration, and account list matching. • Create event-related documents such as travel logistics, event overviews, and post-event recaps, ensuring information is relevant and accessible for key stakeholders. • Manage, update, and monitor event project status in a project management tool, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are aligned across regions. • Maintain event budgets to ensure cost-effective execution. • Build relationships with global vendors to manage deliverables, ensuring consistency and brand standards are met in all locations. • Research and recommend future events for sales and marketing opportunities and provide recommendations to management regarding trade show selection. • Provide global program support as needed, assisting teams across different time zones and markets. • Responsible for reporting field marketing and event results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. • 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a focus on tradeshows, events and field marketing, preferably in a global context. • Strong project management skills, including cross-functional team collaboration across different regions. • Strong email writing skills, with understanding of ABM style tactics. • Experience with virtual event management, including technical platform management and campaign promotion. • Understanding of B2B dynamics, especially SaaS, and the sales cycle, with the ability to tailor strategies to different regional markets. • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (SFDC), and ABM tools for generating qualified global leads. • Expertise in creating content for global audiences, including tailoring messaging to regional preferences, languages, and cultural nuances. • Ability to analyze and present qualitative and quantitative marketing results. • Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive change. • Positive team player with a global mindset and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment. • Occasional travel required for department meetings, all company events, in-person seminars/networking events, etc. • 20% travel required to customer sites and industry events
