📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced marketing wiz with a passion for strategy and a drive for results. • Unleash your strategic genius to develop and execute captivating marketing strategies. • Craft compelling marketing plans, shape brand perception, drive client results, and spearhead marketing strategies across departments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing strategy experience, developing in-depth research and marketing plans • Strong understanding of big-picture thinking and planning across multi-channel platforms • Agency experience preferred • Creative thinking abilities for developing innovative campaigns. • High level of expertise in marketing planning • Experience managing marketing plans across multiple touch-points • Strong communication & presentation skills • Strong passion for marketing and storytelling • Strong strategic, analytical, creative, organizational and personal skills • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies. • Strong understanding of digital and social media landscapes • Commitment to working in a team-based environment • Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail • A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative • A natural problem solver • Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism • Technologically savvy and up-to-date in all of the latest trends in your area of expertise • Ability to present and articulate work internally and in client pitches • Agency experience preferred • Ability to travel, if/when necessary • Office and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) • Keynote, Google Docs & CRM
