• Supporting TrackVia customers via phone, email, live chat and online community • Provide training and online product demos • Problem solve customer issues • Create advanced formulas • Help customers set up views, charts and dashboards • Provide product support • Provide basic “data model” recommendations • Create product customizations using TrackVia’s tools

Requirements

• Technology enthusiast • Analytical problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communications • Excel power user • Understand basic relational database concepts • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript) • Professionalism • Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required
