Requirements

β€’ Experience providing a high level of customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center β€’ Experience multi-tasking multiple responsibilities β€’ Experience with both Microsoft and Mac platforms β€’ Experience using a variety of different web browsers β€’ Ability to type 40+ WPM β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Excellent teamwork skills
