β€’ Work closely with Japan-based clients to understand their needs and deliver product support. β€’ Prepare and maintain data and product documentation in both Japanese and English. β€’ Apply a strong understanding of baseball to inform data analysis and support validation. β€’ Provide language translation support for virtual meetings and communication channels. β€’ Perform ad-hoc data analysis.

Requirements

β€’ Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) at a business level and proficiency in English. β€’ Deep understanding of baseball, particularly in the NPB. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Familiarity with Agile project management, version control, and related software (e.g. Jira). β€’ Knowledge of data and analytics supporting player and team performance. β€’ Experience with relational databases and data analysis techniques or familiarity with Python and/or R is a plus.
