Description

β€’ Service as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. β€’ Receive, prioritize, process and identify incoming orders according to the sales policy and customer requirements. β€’ Process customer orders in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. β€’ Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with sales team and customers. β€’ Communicate with warehouse staff and ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment. β€’ Enter and maintain customer and order information in company databases and systems. β€’ Respond to customer inquires regarding order status and shipment tracking information. β€’ Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. β€’ Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met. β€’ Develop a thorough understanding of products and service offering. β€’ Handle inquiries and request from customers and address their need in a timely matter. β€’ Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that meet their needs. β€’ Identify upsell, cross-sell opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly. β€’ Develop and manage relationships by engaging with key customers and potential opportunities. β€’ Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction. β€’ Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to conduct negotiations. β€’ Maintain Customer Service for account management assigned, including but not limited to following up on open quotations, re-orders, problem solving.

Requirements

β€’ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree β€’ Owners mindset: takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility while still empowering others to do the same. β€’ Demonstrated success in building strong relationships using a consultative, solution-focused approach. β€’ Demonstrate ability to drive results in the sales leadership role. β€’ Desire to continuously self-improve, team improve and quota achievements. β€’ Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent β€’ Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB β€’ Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix or any operating system other than what is required. β€’ Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection β€’ REQUIRED – Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port β€’ REQUIRED – Web Cam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
