Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • +4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing high-caliber technical talent. • Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for each. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade top candidates. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
