Description

• The Project Manager’s primary focus is the successful completion of client engagements related to implementing TradeCentric's solutions. • This includes managing all client engagement, requirements gathering, project organization, coordination with internal team members, and testing associated with the client implementation projects. • Project Managers are expected to foster an environment of constant improvement and demonstrate a ‘team-first’ attitude. • The ideal candidate will have experience in software development project management with exposure to various methodologies and must be comfortable managing multiple projects at once. • A track record for demonstrating organization, complex problem-solving skills, and the ability to create organization out of chaos in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Management or related field • 3+ years of experience managing complex and fast-paced projects in the software development industry • Proven track record of managing multiple projects at the same time • Experience working with shared resources and distributed teams in a partial or full-time remote environment • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with a bias towards collaboration and communication • Comfort working in a very fast-paced environment • Familiarity with multiple project management tools • Agile/Scrum software development methodology experience • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
