• 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales development or business development role, ideally with a focus on inbound lead conversion and qualification. • Ability to interpret CRM data and analyze conversion metrics to inform decision-making and optimize outreach efforts. • Experience in formalizing SDR processes and infrastructure, with a strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects authentically and convey Traliant’s value proposition with exceptional listening skills to better understand and meet client needs. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms; comfortable navigating and implementing sales tools to drive efficiency.
