🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred • Experience securing federal, state, and private funding models for education and workforce development programs • Ability to communicate dense information in a compelling and succinct form to multiple different types of stakeholders • Excellent research, organizational, and communications skills with a demonstrated ability to write clearly, factually, and persuasively • Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion • Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
