📋 Description
• Als Sales Support Coordinator ben jij onze onmisbare schakel binnen de hele organisatie. • Je vormt dé brug tussen al onze afdelingen, waaronder sales, logistiek en finance. • Binnen een dynamisch team van drie collega's zorg je voor een naadloze en efficiënte overdracht van essentiële gegevens tussen al onze departementen en externe stakeholders. • Ondersteun je het verkoopteam in alle administratieve en organisatorische aspecten. • Fungeren als de brug tussen de sales- en logistieke afdeling, waarbij je een gestroomlijnde communicatie en samenwerking faciliteert. • Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids- en certificeringsvereisten. • Efficiënt en nauwkeurig orders plaatsen bij diverse leveranciers. • Professioneel en empathisch afhandelen van telefoon- en e-mailcommunicatie. • Actief meedenken en bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van interne als externe processen en werkmethoden. • Beheren en verrijken van belangrijke bedrijfsgegevens in ons systeem. • Actief bijdragen aan het beheer van de voorraad.

• Een multi-inzetbare teamplayer, punctueel en gestructureerd met een commerciële flair. • Je hebt een scherp oog voor procesoptimalisatie en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen. • Met jouw analytische inzicht en kennis van geavanceerde automatiseringstechnieken draag je bij aan efficiëntere werkprocessen en innovatieve oplossingen binnen de organisatie. • Bereidheid om je in te werken in onze brede waaier aan producten en industrieën. • Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en efficiënt te werken. • Het vermogen om te gedijen in een dynamische omgeving en je aan te passen aan veranderende prioriteiten. • Een houding gekenmerkt door ownership, moed, nieuwsgierigheid, resultaatgerichtheid, inclusiviteit en agiliteit . • Een afgeronde opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting. • Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels, en (bij voorkeur meer dan) voldoende in Frans. Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
