β’ Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway. β’ Assist them with booking their travel dates, general questions, and/or confirming their upcoming reservation. β’ Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction. β’ Address any escalated customer service issues that may arise. β’ Help deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts.
β’ High School diploma or GED equivalent β’ Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs. β’ 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus. β’ 1+ years of call center experience preferred. β’ Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred. β’ Sales experience highly preferred.
