📋 Description
• Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway. • Assist them with booking their travel dates, general questions, and/or confirming their upcoming reservation. • Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction. • Address any escalated customer service issues that may arise. • Help deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts.
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent • Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs. • 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus. • 1+ years of call center experience preferred. • Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred. • Sales experience highly preferred.
