Description
• This is a fully virtual work from home position. • Outbound and inbound calls and chat/email communications. • Assist members in booking travel while selling vacation products and services. • Hourly position with performance-based incentives. • Comprehensive 6 weeks training program required.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Previous call center and sales experience is preferred but not required • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Intermediate computer skills including internet navigation ability is a must
