Description

β€’ Classroom training for first 4 weeks; remote schedule afterward. β€’ Assist customers with inquiries and policy changes over the phone. β€’ Process requests independently and provide customer support. β€’ Ensure thorough documentation of all account notes. β€’ Foster relationships with agents and improve service efficiency.

Requirements

β€’ Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License preferred. β€’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is a plus. β€’ Prior insurance and/or call center experience preferred. β€’ Previous customer service experience preferred. β€’ High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership. β€’ Flexibility and ability to work under pressure. β€’ Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Willingness and ability to learn new functions within the Customer Solutions Center. β€’ High school diploma or GED required.
