Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree. • 7 years of experience. • Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodology. • Demonstrated experience in developing effective strategies. • Proven leadership skills in managing change and developing employees. • Exceptional communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with business leadership. • Ability to bring industry best practices and regulatory knowledge.
