β€’ The Billing & Collections Staff Administrative Assistant works directly with accounting, key business partners, and departments across the company β€’ Provides administrative, clerical and basic accounting assistance to all areas of the accounting department. β€’ Assists in collection communication and past due invoices and database tracking of such β€’ Collaborates with other accounting team members and the broader accounting team on project goals

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma required; 2-year Associate Degree preferred β€’ Previous experience in financial services preferred β€’ Previous experience in customer service
