•Administrative Coordinator is needed to manage calls and department file system. •Handle high outbound call volume, 80+ calls a day. •Responsible for drafting and requesting insurance documents. •Assist Managers with departmental projects and updates. •Must have excellent communication and detail-oriented skills.

Requirements

•Demonstrates historical career stability •High school diploma or GED equivalent required •Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives. •Must have prior Excel experience (Microsoft Office Suite) •Ability to multitask •Detail Oriented •Excellent communication skills
