📋 Description

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting operations and support strategic financial planning. • This role will oversee the monthly close process, update U.S. financial books, maintain our QuickBooks model, and prepare complete financial statements. • The Controller will work closely with executive leadership to support business decisions through insightful financial analysis and forecasts. • Job Responsibilities: • Research complex accounting issues and provide recommendations on proper treatments in compliance with relevant regulations. • Coordinate and manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain and update the company’s U.S. books and records. • Prepare comprehensive 3-statement financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement). • Support financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting. • Maintain and regularly update the financial model in QuickBooks to reflect structural or organizational changes. • Assist with cash flow forecasting and analysis to ensure the company’s financial health and liquidity. • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather financial data and provide insights for strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred). • Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting role (5+ years preferred). • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. • Demonstrated experience in preparing 3-statement financial models. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
