Description

• The Senior Golang Cloud Architect leads client engagements in the design and build of scalable next-generation cloud architectures. • As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud architectures. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud-based systems are robust, secure, and aligned with best practices. • Design and implement cloud-native architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. • Use a variety of technologies and languages, with a focus on Golang. • Collaborate with software development teams to create microservices and APIs that integrate seamlessly within cloud environments. • Provide thought leadership around scalable next-generation cloud architecture experience and guidance to clients. • Lead re-platforming and refactoring efforts for existing systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years software development, systems engineering, or backend experience • 5+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services • An intermediate level of proficiency with Golang • An understanding of and experience using Open Telemetry • Must be able to work during Central Time Zone Hours • Travel up to 10% • 2+ year code-defined infrastructure experience • 2+ Continuous Integration and Deliver (CI/CD) experience • Have worked with Agile Project Management or other project management work methodologies. • 4 years experience with Cloud Native patterns with services like AWS Lambda • 4 years experience architecting and building scalable, automated infrastructure • If working in our Federal Practice area: Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance
