Description

• As an Accounting Specialist, support a team of accountants providing full-charge accounting services. • Provide the best customer service while ensuring timely, accurate information about their business. • Import sales, deposits, and inventory movement from POS systems into accounting software. • Manually enter invoices and reconcile activities. • Research discrepancies, code items to GL accounts, and support the accounting team as needed.

Requirements

• A two-year technical degree or higher or equivalent accounting experience is required. • Actively seeks training and growth opportunities, both internally and externally. • Proficient understanding of debits and credits and have a working knowledge of accounting principles. • Basic understanding of the accounting cycle. • Keep calm and stay positive in a busy environment. • Regularly communicate and listen actively with their peers and clients.
