📋 Description

• At Trella Health, we are passionate and committed to our mission – empowering meaningful change in healthcare. • Trella Health is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be the strategic financial executive and serve as the financial leader. • Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will serve as an integral member of the senior leadership team, working closely with executives and the Board of Directors to optimize financial health, accelerate growth, and deliver shareholder value. • You will own the day-to-day accounting, finance, and operations departments in a high performance, high velocity environment. • You will lead and execute corporate transactions, such as capital raises, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as CFO or a senior financial leader, preferably at various high-growth stage companies that have scaled from $25M to ~$100M. • Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a technology company. • Deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions, capital fundraising, and strategic partnerships to accelerate business growth and strengthen market positioning. • Proven ability to act as a true business partner, delivering financial insights and strategic recommendations to the senior leadership team. • Demonstrated experience partnering with a board of directors to drive strategic decision-making, including delivering comprehensive financial insights, preparing board materials, and effectively communicating business performance, risks, and opportunities. • Deep functional experience in FP&A and operational excellence with a strong financial and accounting background. • Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, vendor and customer agreements, and ensuring compliance with financial, tax, and securities regulations. • Experience implementing systems and processes necessary for a growing SaaS organization. • Expertise in creating and leveraging real-time financial reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards to drive strategic outcomes. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing advanced financial systems and models that lead to measurable value creation. • Proven experience leading a high-performance finance organization, building a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation. • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a track record of aligning teams and stakeholders around financial objectives. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
