🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry leading ERP solutions (e.g. implementing and supporting PeopleSoft; Oracle EBS; Oracle Cloud; Workday; or SAP) • 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications (Preferred) • 3+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart along with various Financial Reporting tools • Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling • Experience working with Financials via the major vendors (e.g. PeopleSoft; Oracle EBS; Oracle Cloud; Workday; or SAP) • Finance domain expertise to be able to work with senior Finance leaders to interpret their process and functional needs into system solutions • Good understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes • Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. • Good understanding of Accounting process and reporting expectations to partner with Finance teams • Ability to communicate and work directly with users across Technology and Finance • Sound understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
