• The Product Manager: Data Security will drive strategy and vision for products • Report to Senior Manager of Product Management: Data Security • Collaborate with Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership teams • Help maintain position as an industry leading data security solution provider • Look after product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Protection portfolio • Contribute to overall Data Protection portfolio strategy • Understand customer needs, technologies, and industry trends • Collaborate with engineering team on product specifications • Define go-to-market strategy for direct sales and channel partners • Measure product success through key metrics and customer satisfaction • Be an internal and external evangelist for your products • Author thought-leadership content and speak at industry events • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of software product management experience in a high-tech environment • Domain expertise in cyber security is highly preferred • Strong understanding of Agile Development Methodology • Familiarity with SAFE and/or Scrum frameworks is a plus • Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycles, DevOps, Agile practices, and Quality Assurance practices • Experience delivering/launching Enterprise B2B software to market • Experience delivering/launching SaaS software to market a positive • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in front of large and small audiences • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management ability with a deadline focus • Analytical, strategic, and exceptional in front of customers • Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high quality output • Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently with limited direction • High level of honesty and integrity with a strong work ethic and proactive thought leadership • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a matrixed environment and across multiple time-zones • Ability to influence, negotiate, guide, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve joint objectives • Strong business acumen and the ability to forge and maintain relationships both internally and externally • Passion for creating customer value through innovative technology solutions • Team player mentality with a strong sense of reliable and consistent individual responsibility
