β€’ Manage highly complex Fortune 500 customers β€’ Ensure customers adopt and realize recurring value from Trellix products β€’ Build success plans, establish critical goals β€’ Design and execute a value roadmap β€’ Act as voice of the customer internally β€’ Drive continued value of products and services β€’ Mentor Customer Success Managers

Requirements

β€’ University degree or equivalent experience β€’ 10+ years relevant work experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management and similar roles β€’ Strong consulting and project management skills β€’ Previous experience with a Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions company and/or an enterprise software company β€’ Excellent in business and written and verbal communication skills β€’ Experience using Salesforce, Gainsight and other customer relationships tools
