Description

• Trilateral Research is recruiting for a Financial Controller to join our Corporate Finance team. • Provide financial reporting, administration, and guidance in adherence with financial accounting standards. • Support colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to meet business needs and create robust policies and procedures. • Improve practices and anticipate the financial accounting requirements of the organisation.

Requirements

• Essential: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification. • Minimum of five years bookkeeping and/or accounting experience with at least one year of experience subsequent to qualification. • Experience working in a customer-focused environment. • Desirable: Experience assisting with software transitioning. • Experience with two or more financial accounting software systems. • Essential: Excellent written communication skills to support effective collaboration and communication across all levels of the organisation. • Knowledge and prior professional experience with computer and accounting packages including Microsoft Office, with a focus on advanced Excel skills. • Ability and experience performing project planning and project management tasks for small-scale internal projects. • Essential: Customer-focused mindset. • Detailed oriented. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-specialist audiences. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise. • Good time-management skills and the ability to manage conflicting demands on time and tasks. • Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative and manage expectations with stakeholders. • Proactively manage workload and produce results on a timely basis.
