📋 Description

• Trilogy Federal provides financial management, information technology (IT) consulting, program management services, and strategic consulting to federal agencies. • The ideal candidate will bring expertise in DevSecOps practices, Agile methodologies, and IT system sustainment, with a focus on guiding cross-functional teams to streamline systems, enhance scalability, and ensure secure, efficient delivery of VA corporate IT services. • This role requires a motivated, client-focused individual to join our collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and fostering continuous improvement. • The selected DevOps Coach will hold an active SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification and possess hands-on experience in federal IT environments, preferably with the VA or similar large-scale agencies. • This position will support the design, build, operation, and maintenance of VA corporate systems, including legacy applications and modern DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring compliance with VA’s Veteran-focused Integration Process (VIP) Lean-Agile framework and security standards. • Please note this position is contingent upon award (Q2/Q3 2025), and may require occasional customer site visits in D.C.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification required. • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles, with a focus on IT system development, sustainment, and modernization, preferably in federal or VA environments. • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and key technologies such as AWS, Azure, Java, Jenkins, GitHub, and SQL Server • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and mentor diverse technical teams in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences, including VA stakeholders and end-users • Familiarity with VA security standards (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA, NIST) and the VIP framework is highly desirable • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow, and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint) • Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and travel occasionally to VA sites in Washington, D.C., as needed • The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
