• Trilon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the AEC industry and possess a deep understanding of finance and accounting, project management lifecycle training design, and experience with Deltek Software. • As a Senior Technical Trainer at Trilon, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the project management capabilities of our workforce through the development and delivery of specialized training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Proven experience working in the AEC industry, with a focus on project management and financial controls. • Strong understanding of Deltek software and hands-on experience with its application. • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on financial fundamentals and project management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a very fast-paced environment.
