Description

• Directly report to the Regional Director of the Benelux. • Nurturing and growing strategic relationships with Enterprise-market clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction industry clients. • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions. • Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Trimble's products and services. • Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate the value of our construction cloud platform solutions. • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts. • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in Account Management / Key Account Management. • Good knowledge of the construction industry and utilization of the construction software solutions preferred. • Strong understanding of technology and software solutions. • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills in Dutch and English. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
