Description

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team of 8 developers, guiding them in React best practices and code quality • Collaborate within a cross-functional team, including designers and backend developers • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote a collaborative and constructive learning environment • Actively participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative problem-solving • Stay up-to-date with both Trimble and industry best practices and emerging trends, with the intention of imparting this knowledge to junior developers

Requirements

• Experience as a React Developer • A desire to mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and code quality • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing • Extensive knowledge of React, JavaScript, and associated libraries/frameworks • Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers • Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
