Description

• Optimize the movement of freight • Facilitate effective technical services to our customers • Collaborate closely with users, customers, systems administrators, and other systems engineers • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding TMS applications and integrations • Develop and buildout monitoring and alerting solutions for customer environments • Maintain inventory of customer servers, versions, application configurations • Act as subject matter expert for existing and new Cloud solutions • Manage technical systems administration and operation of infrastructure management • Facilitate the support of subscription services delivery through 24/7/365 operations support • Support Azure, Microsoft and Citrix technologies delivering services to clients

Requirements

• TruckMate TMS experience • Microsoft Azure Experience • Powershell Scripting Experience • Windows Server and Active Directory administration • Troubleshooting various system and server issues • Experience in patch management, MS SQL concepts and general networking • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with Terminal Services / Remote Desktop • Familiarity with IIS/Apache • Ticket handling experience • Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
