β€’ Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values β€’ Provides consultative analytical support to the HR COEs β€’ Compiles and analyzes market-based compensation data β€’ Assists in establishing guidelines for salary adjustments β€’ Reviews policies and practices to ensure compliance with government regulations β€’ Consults with HR Service Center in response to inquiries concerning Total Rewards programs β€’ Supports the administration of variable compensation plans β€’ Supports Merger, Divestiture and Acquisition (MD&A) activities β€’ Assists in measuring and analyzing Total Rewards compensation program β€’ Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years progressively more responsible compensation related experience β€’ Considerable and in-depth knowledge in human resources practices, laws and regulations β€’ Understanding of organizational relationships and structures β€’ Substantial analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills β€’ Proficiency in software programs including Microsoft Office
