Description

• Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values • Provides consultative analytical support to the HR COEs • Compiles and analyzes market-based compensation data • Assists in establishing guidelines for salary adjustments • Reviews policies and practices to ensure compliance with government regulations • Consults with HR Service Center in response to inquiries concerning Total Rewards programs • Supports the administration of variable compensation plans • Supports Merger, Divestiture and Acquisition (MD&A) activities • Assists in measuring and analyzing Total Rewards compensation program • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years progressively more responsible compensation related experience • Considerable and in-depth knowledge in human resources practices, laws and regulations • Understanding of organizational relationships and structures • Substantial analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in software programs including Microsoft Office
