• Tripalink is a leading co-living and apartment rental platform. • Seeking Senior Payroll Specialist with 5 years of multi-state payroll experience. • Manage bi-weekly payroll for ~300 employees across 10 states, ensuring compliance. • Responsible for 401(k) program, commissions, performance bonuses, and payroll reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-state payroll processing, including California and New York. • Expert proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, particularly in payroll, time & attendance, and reporting modules. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. • Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including wage and hour laws, tax compliance, and garnishments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll and reporting information clearly. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
