β’ Bachelor's degree or Masters in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field β’ 5 to 8 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration β’ Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR/DarwinBox/Workday/Bamboo etc) and benefits administration platforms β’ Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize quickly β’ Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Google sheets (must have) β’ Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is a plus not mandatory
