Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of TRM solutions to clients • Lead technical discovery calls with prospects and clients • Present TRM's APIs to clients • Create resources that clients need to integrate successfully with TRM APIs • Own the relationships with technical counterparts • Stay up-to-date on the latest product features • Assess and synthesize client needs that arise during implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-and post-sales experience, either as a sales engineer, solutions engineer/architect, customer success engineer, or a consultant • Strong empathy and customer orientation. • Experience working with engineers and project managers on the implementation, testing, and customization of API-based SaaS products • In-depth understanding of APIs, databases, and developer tools • Experience in Enterprise SaaS, data analytics, payments, and/or ML/AI technologies • Exceptional ability to structure problems and identify the most critical issues to prioritize • High degree of initiative and attention to detail • Previous software development experience in backend web development preferred • This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and must be located within the Washington DC Metro area.
