Description

• Drive the Technical elements of new business, upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Understand complex, technical requirements and translate into compelling solution driven solution proposals • Conduct compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our solutions meet clients’ needs, with a focus on benefits and value. • Deliver webinars and represent CoreView at marketing events • Deliver proof of value exercises that clearly articulate technical and business value to our prospective customers • Build strong relationships with channel partners by acting as a trusted advisor and providing support as needed to ensure their success in the sale and/or implementation of our solutions. • Serve as a product expert, staying up to date with our SaaS offerings' latest features and capabilities and ensuring a deep understanding of how they benefit clients. • Contribute to RFP responses by providing detailed technical content and ensuring alignment with client specifications. • Collaborate with the sales team to estimate the costs associated with implementing our solution. • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and provide insight into how our solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, and value. • Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and other relevant materials to support the sales process.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies • Ability to create and configure Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps • Familiarity with on-premises environments implemented through different topologies of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server Bachelor's degree or relevant experience • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Solutions Architect in a sales or pre-sales role in the SaaS industry. • Strong technical expertise • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical people • Proven experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to clients. • Experience of selling MSP focused solutions • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
