Description

• Define and drive design vision and strategy. • Advocate for user-centered design principles. • Develop wireframes and prototypes. • Lead design projects from concept to execution. • Conduct user research and usability testing. • Provide guidance to design team members. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design alignment. • Present design concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product (UX/UI) Design. • Leadership experience managing a design team. • Strong portfolio of user-centric designs. • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles. • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience leading design across web/mobile platforms. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently in remote settings. • Experience in Business-Travel/Events/Meetings preferred.
