• This role is critical to ensuring Tropic's key revenue systems are integrated seamlessly and designed to our business needs. • You will be responsible for Salesforce management and integrations while also building out and optimizing our systems architecture to support scale and growth. • You'll collaborate with the Go-To-Market, Operations, and Finance teams to design the systems and processes they need to succeed. • Collaborate with leaders across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations to identify business needs and design system solutions. • Lead biweekly prioritization and execution of system operations. • Build and maintain custom objects, flows, and reports in Salesforce. • Administer and optimize other go-to-market tools like DealHub and Clari. • Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and tools like Gong, NetSuite, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo. • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across systems. • Troubleshoot user issues and provide support. • Recommend best practices to drive operational excellence.
• 5+ years in systems administration, consulting, or a related role • Expertise in Salesforce administration and SOQL/Apex • Experience with Salesforce integrations • Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, HubSpot, or DealHub • Strong ability to work consultatively with non-technical teams
