Description

• As a Program Management Consultant you will help develop, evaluate, and maintain existing and new strategic initiatives within the EHR business unit. • Work collaboratively with organizational stakeholders. • Managing communication to internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinating patient safety program internally. • Support with product management strategic initiatives. • Coordinate product management external stakeholder workgroups. • Help monitor, report, and ensure reported events are in compliance with policy and procedures as defined. • Provide recommendations, support, and assistance to operational owners to implement strategies and policies that promote patient safety. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest clinical, quality, patient safety and major industry trends. • Contribute to assessment of needs within the organization. • Develop programmatic structure to help support, meet, and oversee initiatives. • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Degree in a health-related field, RN preferred • 5 + years of Healthcare related experience (clinical or healthcare IT) • Strong organization and project management skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Solid understanding of health technology products and services. • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution. • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
