Description

• As a Program Management Consultant you will help develop, evaluate, and maintain existing and new strategic initiatives within the EHR business unit. • This position will work collaboratively with organizational stakeholders including other program managers, leaders, product strategy, and others as is necessary. • Responsibilities include managing communication to internal and external stakeholders, coordinating patient safety program internally, support with product management strategic initiatives, coordinate product management external stakeholder workgroups, and other process improvement initiatives as planned accordingly. • Help monitor, report, and ensure reported events are in compliance with policy and procedures as defined. • Provides recommendations, support, and assistance to appropriate operational owners to implement strategies and policies that promote patient safety. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest clinical, quality, patient safety and major industry trends, communicates possible impacts to operational owners and product teams. • Contribute to assessment of needs within the organization and develops programmatic structure to help support, meet, and oversee initiatives as defined. • Coordinates, contributes, and supports internal and external clinical workgroup communications. • Role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other health professionals. • Develop and implement clinical programs in alignment with TruBridge’s missions and goals. • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for improvement. • Maintains compliance with industry standards, regulations and guidelines. • Identify new opportunities for program growth and expansion, and develop strategies for achieving them.

Requirements

• Degree in a health-related field, RN preferred • 5 + years of Healthcare related experience (clinical or healthcare IT) • Strong organization and project management skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Solid understanding of health technology products and services • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
