•Join our Customer Service team as a Team Lead •Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned team members •Conducts team huddles •Handles escalated calls •Mentors and leads the team on best practices •Ensure each employee has a yearly performance review •Participates in organizational development and training programs •Comply with all employment laws and regulations

Requirements

•Associates degree or a combination of relevant education and equivalent experience •3 years of experience in a customer service lead role •Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills •Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills •Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution •Must be able to act both independently and as a team member •Excellent team building and employee relationship skills
