β€’ At Truckstop, we have transformed the entire freight-moving lifecycle with our SaaS solutions. β€’ The Account Executive is responsible for achieving expectations in monthly sales targets, job functions, and responsibilities. β€’ This position will be responsible for working specifically with our Carrier audience and understanding this persona with expertise. β€’ This is an inside sales role; all customer interactions are performed via the phone and email. β€’ Achieve monthly quota of bookings. β€’ Work in partnership with Business Development Representatives to convert totally qualified opportunities into closed-won deals. β€’ Report and record all activities in Salesforce.com, a web-based CRM system, and qualify leads for sales development. β€’ Become well-informed about the industry and Truckstop.com's products and services. β€’ Exemplify Truckstop.com's core values and behaviors. β€’ Proficient in using multiple software applications simultaneously. β€’ Ability to adapt and be an early adopter of change. β€’ Have the drive to achieve results; Play to Win. β€’ Manage lead, opportunity and development pipeline in multiple systems. β€’ Accurately record sales and summarize interaction with customers. β€’ Qualify inbound leads and prospects via phone and email, identifying key decision makers, business pain points, the size of the opportunity, budget, and purchase timeframes. β€’ Process new customer applications and accounts. β€’ Target new accounts daily to build sales pipeline. β€’ Send emails and make prospecting calls, to peak interest in learning more about Truckstop.com products and services.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High school diploma β€’ Experience in carrying and reaching a sales quota β€’ Ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism and a true desire to speak to prospective clients β€’ Must be able to quickly articulate business benefits and functionality of software solutions β€’ Must be able to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business needs and sales opportunities β€’ Must be able to collect company information and navigate to the correct person quickly and effectively β€’ Must be driven to reach personal and team assigned goals β€’ Ability to multi-task projects simultaneously β€’ This is an inside sales role with high output on outbound dials β€’ Strong written, verbal and presentation / communication skills, including both executive and technical audiences β€’ Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and basic spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail β€’ Preferred: Bilingual Spanish / English
