β’ Monitor social media mission control, identify trends, and report on spikes in aggregate social conversation about clients and competitors. β’ Engage with clients through various channels, including social media. β’ Conduct community management and create error-free messaging and content. β’ Work with enterprise publishing and listening tools.
β’ Must have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with social media community management and/or social listening for a major brand. β’ Possess excellent social media skills. β’ Experience utilizing customer experience platforms. β’ Having Sprinklr experience is a significant plus. β’ Have a genuine interest in developing expertise in social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, and others. β’ Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including interacting professionally with client executives and teams. β’ Have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. β’ Have strong critical thinking and analytic skills. β’ Be detail-oriented, organized, caring, innovative, proactive, and data-driven. β’ Be a team player and a collaborative problem-solver. β’ Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
