β€’ Monitor social media mission control, identify trends, and report on spikes in aggregate social conversation about clients and competitors. β€’ Engage with clients through various channels, including social media. β€’ Conduct community management and create error-free messaging and content. β€’ Work with enterprise publishing and listening tools.

Requirements

β€’ Must have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with social media community management and/or social listening for a major brand. β€’ Possess excellent social media skills. β€’ Experience utilizing customer experience platforms. β€’ Having Sprinklr experience is a significant plus. β€’ Have a genuine interest in developing expertise in social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, and others. β€’ Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including interacting professionally with client executives and teams. β€’ Have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Have strong critical thinking and analytic skills. β€’ Be detail-oriented, organized, caring, innovative, proactive, and data-driven. β€’ Be a team player and a collaborative problem-solver. β€’ Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
