Description

• Provides oversight and direct leadership on multiple concurrent projects/programs • Influences and leads large-scale change initiatives • Evaluates investment opportunities to meet strategic objectives • Plans and coordinates closely with managers and subject matter experts • Works closely with technology leads • Ensures program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization • Installs appropriate risk management plan • Challenges performance of current systems and processes • Leads teams on a project basis • Prepares dashboard reporting to communicate project portfolio health

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Ten years progressive related experience in consulting, project management, or process improvement • Strong skills in issue resolution and conducting difficult negotiations • Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization • Demonstrated leadership in implementing complex programs and projects • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignments • Demonstrated executive level verbal and written communication skills • Superior working knowledge of finance, planning, and forecasting • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)
