• As an Intapp Program Manager you will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of software implementation projects and initiatives for Intapp’s strategic clients. • You will serve as a primary point of contact for the executive/senior client sponsor regarding all Intapp services and support initiatives. • You will manage interdependencies across all initiatives/projects while ensuring that value is delivered on time and within budget. • You will hold the primary responsibility for program success and customer satisfaction. • We’re seeking a senior, seasoned professional who is adept at leading large teams and strategic programs; someone who will quickly become a trusted advisor and an Intapp corporate ambassador at the client executive level.
• A proven track record of successfully working as a leader, consultant, and Program Director in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization to deliver a diverse portfolio of software products and solutions for multiple clients simultaneously. • 8-10 years of senior program direction/management experience – we are looking for candidates who have a track record of success managing large complex software implementations and managing very senior customers in a consultative capacity • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies • A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company or functional role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct customer interaction • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, must be detail-oriented • Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers in a start-up environment. • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task • Bachelor’s degree
