📋 Description
• Responsible for developing and implementing the Trulieve’s overall supply chain strategy. • Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, and optimize the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. • Manage and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. • Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with experience in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. • Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing team. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Experience in ERP systems and supply chain software
