• Act as an embedded Digital Sustainability resource for certain business units • Advocate, provide guidance, and act as a resource for the adoption of Digital Sustainability program controls • Contribute to ongoing Digital Sustainability initiatives • Serve as Digital Sustainability subject matter expert and liaison with business teams • Advise business teams on risk issues related to Digital Sustainability and recommend actions • Monitor Digital Sustainability trends internal and external to the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited school • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal and/or artificial intelligence, data governance, or privacy positions • Ability to build strong relationships across the organization with leaders, business units, technology teams, and global services • Strong project management skills leading complex projects on a large scale, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives • A passion for new technology • Mastery of artificial intelligence, data governance, privacy laws, regulations, enforcement activity, guidance, industry best practices, and standards • Certification in artificial intelligence or privacy, such as AIGP, CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT, is strongly preferred • Experience with and understanding of US and global data protection laws and regulations • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; with a leadership presence • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and accuracy
