• Overall commercial responsibility of diabetes/metabolic health portfolio in Belgium & Luxembourg • Engage and indirectly lead sales representatives • Deliver exceptional customer experiences • Optimize channel mix for sales actions • Understand marketing strategy and brand strategies

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields with special interest in health/health care • Successful experience in managing and developing direct reports in a commercial setting with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience • "Achieve results with people" is your basic internal driver • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills • Drive for continuous improvement, fed by strong analytical and problem-solving attitude • Ability to make an impact and influence others • Customer oriented and having the capacity to hold high level exchanges with customers • Digitally savvy • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
