• Build a sustainable infrastructure to support Alzheimer’s Disease Care Ecosystem • Identify referral networks across different stakeholders • Create superior customer interaction value • Provide disease state education and promote products to achieve and exceed business objectives • Enhance the customer experience by identifying critical needs • Facilitate effective and timely Detection/Diagnostic process • Educate customers on target patient, efficacy, safety, and treatment experience

Requirements

• A degree in Pharmacy is required (mandatory) • A passion for pharmaceutical sales with a proven record of accomplishments (previous sales achievements and awards) • Presentation and analytical skills • Ability to build and foster relationships • Strong customer focus and understanding of the commercial environment • Problem solving and project management skills; • Effective Stakeholder Management and Account Mapping • Diligent adherence to business integrity principles and an ethics and compliance mindset • Proficient knowledge of anatomy, physiology, disease state and current treatment options • Ability to work in a team and independently • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Embrace technology for strategic and data-driven decision-making • A minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience is desired. • Experience in the field of neurology and psychiatry • Good knowledge in the field Alzheimer's/dementia is an advantage • Significant experience in account-based selling and/or working through ambiguity • Customer engagement environment • Stakeholder management • Having hosted and attended educational meetings within the industry, with some level of relationships formed • Working with cross functional teams
